This scorecard runs your growth through the five stages that actually decide whether pipeline shows up. Be honest with your answers, the value is in the gaps you'd rather not look at.

How it works: for each statement, tap the answer that's closest to the truth. "Not really" means it isn't true, "kind of" means sort of, on a good week, and "yeah" means it's locked in.
